I dropped off my vehicle about 7:30 AM to have my cooling system serviced. I was called later to be informed my radiator had a leak and needed to be replaced. I was originally told my vehicle would not be ready by the end of the day. However, I received a call at 4:00 PM that same day and was told my vehicle was ready. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Good job, to Chris Stickler (my service writer) and the team.

The cost of services is outrageous. The cost of oil changes, filters, etc. is remarkably higher. I don’t think people should be taken advantage of by a dealership just so you can maintain warranty.
